Our international client in Amsterdam (located next to Central Station) is hiring Dutch and German speaking Technical Support Agents. The position

As a B2B Technical Support Agent you will assist our clients' customers and partners by phone and e-mail. Your objective is to resolve main technical issues (with the help of other departments if needed). You will examine, identify and help customers and partners resolve technical problems. In order to provide optimal support you need to continuously update your product and support knowledge. First Time Right and optimal customer satisfaction are key elements of this job.

Requirements

We're looking for a Technical Support agent with:
Customer service experience;
Excellent communication skills in Dutch or German (preferably a native speaker) and knowledge of English;
A passion for technology.

Also, a great Technical Support Agent is a true team player. You need to be able to work with colleagues from different departments to help our clients' customers and partners to your best ability. A little nosiness will help too, as your main task is to uncover what issues you're dealing with.
